If your abstract is not submitted or rejected by the scientific committee, you will have to pay the remaining amount during the time of conference.
Membership number is mandatory for registration in membership category.
BANK CHARGES for Online net banking and credit/debit card actual charges will be applicable as per the transaction method and charges define by your bank for online transactions.
*It is mandatory to submit HOD Letter/ PG & UG certificate to avail the registration in PG/UG category.
It is mandatory for all delegates to carry there photo id (government approved) for smooth registration procedure.

Requests for cancellation for refunds must be made in writing or through e-mail.

Cancellations received till 15^th May 2024 will get 50% of the registration fees (excluding GST) one month after conference completion.
Cancellations received up to 30^th June 2024 will get 25% of the registration fees (excluding GST) one month after conference completion.
No refund of registration fee will be provided for cancellation requests received after 30^th June 2024.
